LEMON YELLOW BAG

I’m back! Pairing one of my favorite bag that I got from Christmas. I love how the lemon yellow pops against my outfits in a very harmonious way.

I can’t pinpoint a specific personal style but I love pieces that are structured and classic. My personal style changes according to mood. It shifts every now and then with my mood and the weather, but overall, I like to keep it look timeless, girly, youthful, sophisticated and fresh.

Each time that I decide what to wear, I consciously or unconsciously go through a decision – making process. My mood may affect my clothing choices for the day. If I am happy and cheerful, I may reach for bright, bold colors that reflect the way that I feel. If I am feeling down, I may unconsciously select a darker color.

These are the clothes that I turn to and always enjoy wearing. Sometimes clothes can help change my mood, too. For example, on a day when I am feeling down, wearing a bright color or my favorite outfit may lift my spirits a bit. It gives me a sense of comfort and security.

My lemon yellow bag play a big role in my outfits. So today I'm sharing some of my favorite modest, inexpensive and stylish outfits pairing with my lemon yellow bag.

MY EVERYDAY MAYBELLINE VELVET MATTE LIQUID LIPSTICKS

When I heard that Maybelline has come up with a cream-to-matte finish lipsticks and it’s on sale for Php299 price, from its regular Php349 price tag. I was too excited to go on store to see their new product of matte lipsticks. Since then, I’ve been starting eyeing for the 9 shades of Maybelline Velvet Matte Liquid Lipsticks namely; Mat1, Mat2, Mat5, Mat6, Mat8, Mat9, Mat10, Mat11 and Mat12. I read several reviews of these 9 shades from other bloggers as well before buying the shades that I will like.

I finally ended up getting Mat1, Mat10 and Mat12. I was too excited to try these 3 shades of lippies and see if they’re really works for me. I thought I might not like the finish and would end up wasting another tube of liquid lipstick again and my money as well but it’s not! I was wrong.

JAVA THE RICE AND THE FOLDED SCRAMBLED EGGS

It’s Saturday! You know what that means? Today, I’m cooking for breakfast.

I wake up late this morning around passed 7am. I feel lazy waking up early today because it’s Saturday and I haven’t figure out what to cook for breakfast until I saw some cold left over rice from last night. So, I’m thinking to make a simple garlic fried rice.

When I see some eggs in the fridge and ketchup I’m thinking to make Omurice, but in the end I’m glad I went with the folded over scrambled eggs and Java the rice.

To do this you will need: Margarine or cooking oil, minced garlic, cooked rice or left over rice, UFC Banana Catsup, and beef loaf (optional) for making Java the Rice.

Then 3 eggs for the folded scrambled eggs.

Prepare and massage left over rice. Like this in the picture below.

In a frying pan, sauté garlic in a small amount of cooking oil. You can use butter or margarine here. Add left over rice and stir for 2-3 minutes. Then, pour UFC Banana Catsup and mix well until rice is well-coated. Then set aside in a nice bowl.
